Both pairs’ teams, New Lynn and Glen Eden, had strong wins in the semi-finals, so it promised to be a close final – this match did not disappoint.
Shot for shot through all 18 ends, Glen Eden needed to score a three or better on the 18th – they came close but New Lynn prevailed as 2021 winners.
