08:30 am – Report and trial ends
09:00 am – Quarter Finals Start
Women and Any Combination
11:30 am – Report, Live draw, followed by trial ends
12:00 pm – Semi-finals start in line with the Men
3:00 pm– Finals start all competitions
6:00 pm – Presentations and prize giving

Results will be collated as soon as possible after each round.
EVENT FORMAT
The competition has three divisions – Men’s, Women’s & Any Combination.
1. Men’s & Women’s Open
- teams in this division will battle it out for the Premier title.
- winner of each section will qualify for the post section
- the winners, in both the Men’s and Women’s Open competition, will qualify for the National Interclub Finals.
2. Auckland Cup Any Combination
- winner of each section will qualify to post section
- winning teams will compete for the Auckland Cup.
FORMAT OF SIDE
- Disciplines played are Singles, Pairs and Fours for Men’s & Women’s competitions
- Disciplines played are Singles, two x Pairs for Any Combination
- Every side must name eight (8) people – seven (7) players, and one (1) team marker and/or Manager (only for Men’s & Women’s competitions)
- The Manager can be a player, with the eighth person being solely a marker.
- The eighth person is not a substitute and cannot swap in and out of the playing side between rounds.
PLAYERS
Players must be full-playing Bowls Auckland-affiliated club members to enter.
MARKERS
- Each side will be required to supply one marker to mark the singles games both for qualifying and for post-section games.
- Sides who fail to produce a marker will be subject to a $100 fine per fine.
CLOTHING
Players in a team will be in their club uniforms. This means matching coloured pants and club shirts. Logos that conflict with the event sponsor will not be permitted.
LATE ENTRIES
Any entries received after the closing date will go on a waitlist. There is no guarantee an entry on the wait list will secure a place in the event.
ETIQUETTE
Please don’t smoke (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vapes) or consume alcohol on the greens.
